• A:Answer Not sure about your question.... are you asking when is the price changing? All I know is that it costs a little more to buy the phone unlocked and activate later. I think that's bc the store earns something from the carrier that they are able to get the customer to sign with. So, they want u to activate at the time of purchase. I've been looking at the price for quite some time before I made my purchase. "Activate later" price was always more.
