“I have tried to update my Tab 3 with a Firmware update and my tablet will not boot up now. what do i need to do to fix it? I have tried to do the hard restore with the power button and the volume down button and it does nothing. what else can i do? it is stuck on the screen that i have attached.”

It's not common for this to happen, and we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble booting. Please take the unit to the Best Buy Geek Squad Agents at your local Best Buy to see if they can assist in resetting the unit. That would be the quickest and likely easiest way to get your unit reset properly. We're sorry again to hear about this, but we look forward to assisting you in a reset.
