I have not had this problem & my best friend just got one cause she liked mine so much. I would take it back to store may be a defect in speakers. Or go to settings then go to device and check what setting you have your sound set at & check the setting that has to do with docking your tablet and sound maybe you just need to adjust 1 or a couple of setting. Or depending on how & what your using to watch movies check their settings. Hope this helped.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it's because the speakers are on the sides... try holding it with your hands at the top (like 10 and 2 on a steering wheel) and cup the speakers. It'll direct the sound towards you and will be much louder. This is a design flaw with 95% of most phones/tablets nowadays.
