• The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 is not cellular equipped. It is WiFi equipped. Neither 3G nor 4G are received on this tablet.

• Neither. This device is not cellular capable on it's own. I use my phone's bluetooth tethering feature to connect to the internet with the tablet.

• For this specific one it's only WiFi enabled. It's not mobile broadband enabled, e.g. It's not 3g or 4g. You'll need to be someplace with WiFi to get internet access.
