• You have to purchase Google play gift cards. Then go into the Google py account and hit the menu button then click on the redeem button. Enter code and you'll have money to your account. Every time you want to purchase something it will give you the option to use your credit or another payment method. Balance shows there as well

• Go to google.com and sign into your account. You should find everything you need and all purchase history once you start spending.
