I don't think so, because the difference between Operating Systems and its applications/software. Anyway, it depends on the use you need (just email, reading text etc). Only choice I know is to use a Microsoft Surface: a tablet with Windows10, so is like a laptop even with keyboard attached , but you have to pay the price.
