Yes, you can use this tablet with Android apps, including those that cast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Okay here is the deal on the mirroring by this tablet. I bought just yesterday. It will have screen mirroring and also the normal Chromecasting. The thing I have found on the play screen is the sound and video are off from 1/2 to 1 second. Using Chromecast with movies, Youtube, Netflix and others the sound and video are much better. If your old tablet works then this should work. You will have icons for this different places. At the top right of your tablet you scroll down and you will see smart view or screen viewing. Just tap that and your screen will show up on TV using whatever app, Roku, Chromecast.
