A:AnswerThe soft keys you are referring to unfortunately do not light up. This was also somewhat of a disappointment for me as well since it is hard to tell exactly where they are in the dark.
Samsung, I know this is a budget tablet but having light up soft keys would definitely be appreciated in your next model! :)
A:Answertry formatting the sd card. if the tablet won't see it at all, try using a pc or laptop to format the card. that will most likely let ur phone see it.

A:AnswerAll lithium ion batteries get warm as they charge. A few suggestions: unplug your charging cable as soon as it is fully charged. Never leave the cable plugged overnight or if you are away for several hours. Never charge while holding it on your lap. If you store your tablet in a case, leave the case cover open while charging, and allow plenty of ventilation.
The Facebook freeze is a separate issue. Make sure you are clearing the cache, RAM and other unnecessary apps running in the background on a regular/daily basis. It may help to set instant-play video to OFF.
