does the product have a warranty and how long null

I believe this comes with a small warranty, but you can purchase a better one for a semi-expensive price. I paid $100 for a 2 year warranty.

One year warranty. With any computer product that is going to see a lot of portable use you may want to consider the Best Buy extended warranty. Normally I NEVER get a warranty except on laptops and tablets. Over the last few years that has saved me a lot of money as they developed problems. Best Buy warranties are really good...the first year is through the manufacturer...after that they handle everything. If they can't fix it or not economical, they will give you all your money back to buy another one at Best Buy...that is how I got my Samsung 12". My old nearly 3 year old tablet developed a bad part and since it was an older model without current parts, they just gave me the full amount of money I spend towards the new one. Also...if you take it in right before the BB warranty is up you get a free battery replacement. That alone can save you a lot of money.

This tab comes with a 1 year warranty, parts and labor(does not cover accidental damage on your behalf) Outer Box Defender!!!
