• A:Answer Yes it has GPS. The specs are on samsungs site: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/galaxy-tab/SM-T710NZWEXAR Look for a link to full specs and look at "Connectivity". GPS is listed. I used "google" to find the answer to this question just now.

Q: QuestionIs this the same as the B&N samsung/nook? If not, how is this version for reading in sunlight?

• A:Answer The B&N Tab S2 Nook and the Samsung Tab S2 do appear to be the same device, although there may be differences in software and implementation. It is not the best for reading in direct sunlight, and the screen is almost mirror-like so it is virtually unreadable if the sun is reflecting into your eyes; an e-paper device like the black-and-white Kindle (although not B&N) would be much better in that regard. Of course, you'd only have an e-reader then as the Kindle implementation of the 'net browser is quite limited. I assume the Nook GlowLight Plus would be comparable to the Kindle, but I have no experience with them.

Q: QuestionCan the user install a new battery?Can the battery be easily replaced when it dies? My last tablet, the user couldn't install a new battery. I tried and broke the tablet.

• A:Answer If your into doing the repair like I WOULD. YES. Heat screen with hairdryer, guitar pick it, remove screen carefully and dig into it (ribbons ribbons ribbons! Careful). Ya, I'm sure you can find a battery for it somehow. Always heat the screen. Held by double sided scotch tape (like tape). Simply walk away every few mins when not sure. A lot of people break there stuff digging I to it without heating the screen softening the tape. Prying and cracking the screen . Tearing screen to motherboard power ribbons etc! Search for iPad touch screen replacement and watch some video to get an idea what takes place. iFixit has been LAME lately on the "teardown" of the S2. There seems to be a load of glue on the battery, so sliding a thin like credit card (games top card) under the battery works well. Apply heat heat heat. You'll figure it out. There is always an electronics repair shop in the phone book.

• A:Answer The charge plug, ? You can use a OTF cable and plug in a keyboard or controller. ( none iOS ) You can use a cable to tv to transfer onto a TV (I think) not sure about that one :) Micro SD card ? You can use almost every micro SD card in this tablet. I suggest a 'U3' You Caan transfer apps to the micro SD card thato you download (if the developer supports it) When Marshmallow comes out, you can use the Microsoft card as storage (part of an extended hard drive, or for removable storage , pictures, files to move to other devices.
