• There is a adapterin the box that plugs into the charge port. Otherwise wifi is all good.

• You need wireless headphones (Bluetooth etc.) or an adapter USBC to analog phone jack.

• Bluetooth headphones are permitted to be used during all stages of a flight in the US per FAA guidelines, so that would seem to be your best option. I would check with your carrier before you fly just to be absolutely sure, though.
