I used the largest font on bold. Brightness I have 3/4 the way to the right. I find that it works well. When reading email, the tablet flips to the portrait mode and the text adapts to the width of the page. It doesn't cut any words off. The only place in email affe ted by the large font are the titles of the emails. I find that there is enough showing to know the gist of what I am opening.
