• The 128gb version has 6gb of RAM whereas the 256gb and 512gb versions have 8gb of RAM It also supports external memory (via SD card) up to 1tb

• There is 6GB of RAM for the base 128gb model but if you get the 256gb model you get up to 8GB of RAM.
