No, the memory is not expandable. The storage is expandable via SD Card.

According to Samsung, it supports up to 1TB of micro SD card.

From what I've read the answer is yes. Unfortunately, I can't recall if the s7+ is the only one with that feature or if the s7 also has expandable memory. I don't think they pulled a note 10 stunt like they did last year where the more expensive (note 10+ got expanded memory capacity) however I'm gathering both models will get the added expansion ability.
