• You can't as there is no speaker on the watch. It alerts you of a call and if you press accept it shoots to your phone to start talking. That is also reason that you need Bluetooth headphones if listen to Spotify via watch.

• Only if it is paired to your phone and you are using a Bluetooth headset. The Galaxy Watch Active does not have a speaker or LTE built into it like the regular Galaxy Watch so it must be connected to your phone and a headset in order for you to answer calls using the watch.
