Yes, there are settings on the phone that allow you to change the clock face. Mine is a digital face that shows time, date and temperature. There are even additional faces that can be downloaded.

Yes you can change the clock face using one of the many pre downloaded faces or a face of your choosing in the watch app store.

Yes they have a variety of different watch faces in the Galaxy store some are free an some you pay for hope this helps!!
