I too was having issues with the website. it said my serial number was already registered. It also wouldn't accept the captch although it was correct. I had to call Samsung promotional help. After 1.5 hours on the phone the rep pretended not to hear me then she hung up. I connected with chat next. He couldn't verify if my serial number had registered or not. If it was redeemed that means someone redeemed it fraudulently before I picked up my order from Best Buy. He then said he would forward my issue on and I would receive an email to manually register for promotion. Contact them by chat. this is the best way.
