Is this watch H2O proof ? null

You can go swimming and take a shower with it. I wouldn't go scuba diving as the pressure when diving down may mess up the watch. You may have to get a specialized divers watch for that. Otherwise normal everyday activities it is great for. If going in salt water make sure rince off with fresh water afterwards.
