• You can use Samsung Pay on this watch. Not sure what you mean by international. If you are asking if it will work anywhere in the world? Yeah, it's a watch. If you are wanting to know if it will do specific things, you have to provide more information.

• I can’t speak for Samsung pay but I recently bought this watch for my mom who lives outside of the U.S. All the features work internationally such as viewing and answering calls and text. If Samsung pay works anything like Apple Pay you will need a U.S. issued card to use it outside of the U.S. but once oversees all the features should work as normal you may however have to alter the time zone in your phone settings.
