• It tracks heart rate and oxygen level, but not blood pressure. It also has a built in ECG to check whether you have a normal sinus rhythm

• It tracks your Heart rate and stress level but I haven't seen anywhere that it tracks you blood pressure or oxygen level. It is a great watch though. It does everything else you can think of. It has Samsung health on it so anything that app does you have. I have been very please with it.
