Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Henry, I spoke to a Samsung representative at the Best Buy store in my hometown and she stated that if you are a Verizon customer, that the unlocked LTE watch are having issues. She is recommending customers to go directly to a Verizon store to consider purchasing this watch. I just got a replacement watch and will be activating it later today with ATT. If this doesn’t work, I may have to consider doing the same thing. I am not sure why Samsung watches are having this issue, but it was just released in October and being advertised to work with Android and Apple devices. Good luck in your decision making process. So far, the battery life is better the first 48 hours I have been working with it before activating it with my cell provider. The one I had previously was draining battery so fast and not properly charging fully. If the battery stain s again too much when activated, then I would recommend not using the unlocked LTE watch or possibly just use the Bluetooth only connection watch that is over $100 cheaper. Maybe more insight can be provided by other buyers here on customer reviews.
