• The LTE model is so you can use it without your phone, if added to your phone plan. You can talk on it and send messages on it without your phone if you're on a run or have left your phone at home. Otherwise, get the bluetooth version which is about $150 cheaper.

• LTE has twice the RAM - 1.5 GB vs. 0.75 GB (per specs on Samsung's site). That might be the deciding factor for me, especially since I like the LTE look better too.
