“Is this watch has water resistance or proof”

• It claims water resistance, but after 1 month, occasionally swimming, my watch failed due to water in it, and Samsung voided the warranty because it was exposed to moisture or liquid.

• It claims it is waterproof to a certain depth, and even has a water lock on it, but IT DOESN'T WORK!!
