• Hi, Mike. This is the Bluetooth version of the Galaxy Watch Active2, so it does not allow LTE services. It will be able to connect to a device if it is running on Android OS 5.0 and above with 1.5GB RAM and above. Thank you for reaching out to us. ^Kayla
