“What's the purpose of having it unlocked? I'm military stationed over seas and it doesn't matter where you got your Samsung watch it will still connect to your Samsung phone with no issues. Not sure about iPhone systems.”

Hello WhyUnlocked, that's a really good question! Samsung has Bluetooth and LTE smart watches. The LTE version can receive calls and messages without being connected to a phone. However, you'll first need to activate service for your watch through the same carrier as your mobile phone. Unlocked by Samsung gives you more freedom when choosing a carrier or traveling. ^Elizabeth
