The only difference is that the LTE version supports cell signal through LTE if your carrier supports it. You would need to check with your carrier first.

Please try again later.The difference is that with the bluetooth model the watch connects to your phone and you have to have the phone by you in order to get and send message and phone calls. With the LTE model it has its own phone line so if you forget your phone you can still send and receive messages and phone calls.
