The Galaxy Watch Ultra counts your number of steps, measures the distance traveled, calories burned, and floors climbed. Your distance reflects the miles you have traveled. I would recommend is making sure that when you're using the treadmill, you are moving your arms as steps/distance are not counted when there is no hand movement detected while exercising. For example, steps may not be recorded when pushing a lawn mower or stroller because your hands are not moving. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking. • A:Answer Ultra does have an AGE sensor to measure glycated proteins and lipids that have been exposed to sugar. So, the Ultra indirectly helps glucose monitoring by measuring the damage resulting from the presence of sugar. By managing diet using the AGE measured by the Ultra, Oxidative Stress and Insulin Resistance can be reduced.
