The item that you see that looks like a screen protector is a protective film to prevent scratches during transit. It will NOT prevent scratches from every day use. It will make the screen blurry and touching the screen is more difficult. Remove the film before using it long term and I would recommend getting the screen protector from the company called invisible shield as they will replace the protector should it get damaged or ever falls off the screen as long as you still have the watch of course at no cost.
