Ted, buy the LTE. Nothing synced on mine either. Return yours saying it's broken and get the LTE. I did. Now it actually works. Sucks I know and I can only say my messaging, photos, and calls wouldn't work right either, that is until the LTE. And I don't have to buy a plan with it either. Don't be fooled.
