That is a great question! That shows that this is the Bluetooth version of the Galaxy Watch3 and is not able to be connected to LTE services. For this version of the watch to remain fully functional, it will need to be within 30ft of your mobile device. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. ^Kayla
