YES I had a hard time Called Sprint and they had me take it to corporate store. They still couldn't get it connected. Called Samsung and they had me send it in. I was told the same as you from sprint on the phone, that no Sims card but when I went to the corporate store she said watches don't come with Sims cards no matter if they are LTE. Frustrated as you are. Hope you find an answer because I'm still furious. Should have came READY out of the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So it seems whoever you got on the phone at AT&T didn't know what they were doing the watches use esim there is no physical sim that you need like a phone. I activated my watches on Verizon and it took less than 5 min.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been on the phone with AT&T for the past 3 hours and have been told that the watch is not compatible and I can't activate it!!!!! I am extremely upset especially since I asked before I bought it, how I activate it and was told I simply just had to log in to my account and activate it. Apparently not only is it not that easy but also impossible!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there…. If you don’t want to connect an extra line, about 10.00 to 20.00 extras in the cellphone provider account, use it as Bluetooth. I got mine Bluetooth.
