Is this LTE or Bluetooth null

There is options for lte and bt. I started with lte but after realizing that my phone is always within 50 yards of me that I'd be spending extra money for no reason. Also provider charges a fee almost as if the watch has its own number if you choose lte. Regardless the watch is great
