They are in stock since yesterday 8/6/2020, picked mine up yesterday before they even had them on the shelves. So far it's been great, much better than the Gear S3 it replaced (battery just went dead for the second time) since it was out of warranty. So far today on my wrist since 7:30am it's now 2pm and still has 94% battery left. Couldn't be happier with the results.
Was just told that it wasn't released yet at my local Best But but on the site it says I can buy it and pick it up in 1 hour. Guess I'll find a different retailer.
They already have them. Just picked up the 45mm black this morning.
