A:AnswerTypically in my experience open boxes are either floor models or units some one changed their mind on. It could be something as simple as they didn't like the functionality or it was not completely compatible with their device. I have seen them come complete like new. To being well used. Best buy seems to be one of the better in clearly marking used floor model vs simply bought and returned.

A:AnswerHello there! The Galaxy Watch3 is a water resistant device so it is still able to be damaged by water, which is not covered by the warranty. I have included a link with tips on how to avoid damage. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. ^Kayla

A:AnswerWater proof and water resistant are different. The marketing jargon will say this but in reality it's only water resistant to a certain depth. This means if you exceed this depth the warranty is void. Since there is no manner to gage that I would assume that's the reason for the warranty clause. This is pretty common on all so called water proof products. I have used mine in the shower, using the hose and other means of dunking it. So far no issues.

A:AnswerHi, Alyssa. If the Galaxy Watch3 is listed as the GPS version, it is the Bluetooth version of the device. The Bluetooth version requires your mobile device be within 30 FT of your watch. The LTE version allows you to have full function without your mobile phone near. Thank you for asking this question. ^Kayla
A:AnswerThere is options for lte and bt. I started with lte but after realizing that my phone is always within 50 yards of me that I'd be spending extra money for no reason. Also provider charges a fee almost as if the watch has its own number if you choose lte. Regardless the watch is great
A:AnswerYes it can and it’s a big step up from my gear 2. The battery life on the larger model is almost 2 full days. I would highly recommend getting the larger face watch for maximum battery life.
