• Absolutely! I physically went to the Verizon store and they paired my Galaxy Watch3 easily to my LG (Android) phone. They also connected the watch to my network being that I have the cellular feature on the watch. All done under 10 minutes.

• yes just download the galaxy wear app from the google play store, then follow the prompts for the connection process
