I have Verizon Wireless and I activated/setup this watch and also connected it to the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does work with Verizon Wireless but you have to call them to activate it. The tech people I talked to knew exactly what needed to be done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your Watch must of been a dud, or you didn't set it up with Verizon Wireless. Mine works wonderful with Verizon Wireless once I set it up with Verizon Wireless.
