“Why does this not work on Verizon wireless? I had to return my watch because no one (Verizon, best buy, Samsung) could get it activated. Seems like that should be good upfront.”

• I have Verizon Wireless and I activated/setup this watch and also connected it to the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone.

• My phone is a galaxy Note9 and i was told it was too old to connect.

• I had a difficult time getting mine activated with att but finally got someone that knew what they were doing.

• It does work with Verizon Wireless but you have to call them to activate it. The tech people I talked to knew exactly what needed to be done.

• Your Watch must of been a dud, or you didn't set it up with Verizon Wireless. Mine works wonderful with Verizon Wireless once I set it up with Verizon Wireless.
