Q: QuestionWhen is Verizon going to update their IMEI data base?!

• A:Answer After 6 full days of working with multiple Verizon agents my IMEI # was finally added to there network. There high level tech team had to manually add it but mission accomplished. I am afraid there are many Galaxy 4 customers out there whose provider is Verizon with the same problem. This is not a Samsung issue but a Verizon issue as one of my Verizon techs told me. Unfortunately it has caused many poor reviews on this watch. Wish I could update my review.

The LTE version of the Galaxy Watch4 allows you to connect service through your carrier to be able to use all functions of the device, (calls, text, etc.) without your phone being present. • A:Answer You can download and install new watch faces easily. In my experience, it was as easy as downloading them like any other app onto my phone. It's worth noting that managing, downloading, and installing your watch faces is done on your cell phone.

Q: QuestionFor the LTE version, I understand that it function as a phone to make and receive calls. But does the main phone has to be turned on or can the watch receive calls and make calls even if the main phone is turned off?
