Hi Ray, Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate you letting us know if the Galaxy Watch 4 can measure blood pressure. Unfortunately, it doesn't support that type of feature yet. However, you may use the Samsung Health Monitor app on your phone to track your blood pressure and record ECG measurements.
