A:Answer The Galaxy watch 4 does, in fact, have fall detection. It will detect a hard fall through the accelerometer. When a fall is detected, the watch will ring for 60 seconds and if you fail to confirm or deny your fall, it will automatically contact your predetermined emergency contact and send them an SOS message with your location attached. If you are able, it will allow you to call your emergency contact.
