“Bought this about 1yr ago was doing fine,then all of a sudden it lost it. I have been trying to pair it with my samsungs22 the same phone it was paired to before it lostit. I can not get the watch tho pair with the phone? I have tried everthing.”

Turn off both devices and turn them back on. Also check to see if either one of them needs an update. If so update software. This should help
