• Yes, it has ECG You must have the Samsung Health Monitor app installed on your phone. To make calls you’ll need cell service. It costs $10.00 extra with your cell service.

• Yes, it does have the ECG function and you can make/receive phone calls and use it speak during your phone calls. It's similar to speaking to someone on speaker on your phone.
