The LTE and Bluetooth models of the Galaxy Watch 6 are the same in every aspect, although the difference is that the LTE model is equipped with an eSIM that enables cellular connectivity. As a result, the LTE model is a standalone smartwatch that can make and receive calls, and receive and reply to messages independent of a smartphone. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth model can also make and receive calls, but it requires your phone to be nearby to do that. so LTE needs a separate service but can be stand alone where as BT only needs a device/phone that already has service.

What you are referring to is a drop-down menu. The advertised version of this product is for a Bluetooth version of the Galaxy Watch6 that does not require a carrier to provide service to the watch. It does, however, require a paired Bluetooth connected phone in order for it to be fully functional so that you can see just how awesome the Galaxy Watch6 truly is.
