Yes, the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Aluminum Smartwatch 40mm BT  has an elliptical workout option. To start an elliptical workout on your watch, follow these steps:

Open the Samsung Health app on your watch.
Tap Workout.
Scroll down and tap Elliptical.
Tap Start.
The watch will start tracking your workout and will display your heart rate, calories burned, and other metrics. You can also pause or stop the workout at any time.

The elliptical workout option is available on both the Bluetooth and LTE models of the Galaxy Watch6. It is also available on other Samsung smartwatches, such as the Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5.
