What does it mean when it says 'unlocked?' null

Unlocked means that the watch or phone is not assigned to any cellular carrier. I only purchase unlocked phones and watches, so i can move to any cellular carrier of my choosing, i.e. Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile.

An unlocked watch, You can bring this watch to any cell service provider to activate it. A locked device means you can only activate a device with one service provider. The details of the device will say activate with verizon only. Example. If I purchase a device that says Activate with T- Mobile. I cant take that device to verizon and activate it. Hope this was helpful

You can access anything on the watch without providing a password of some sort.
