I had the same issue as I was a Sprint customer. They told me my plan was not a full T-Mobile account. What I ended up doing was going to T-Mobile to make sure I had a full T-Mobile account then got the phone from Best Buy and took it to T-Mobile to activate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the exact same issue. We are still "Sprint" customers according to T-Mobile so you'll have to purchase that version of the fold and Best Buy will provide a T-Mobile sim card. It makes no sense to me....but that is their process.
