• Look for something else. I have used this for 4 months and am a runner and it's not accurate at all. Use of a running app is much more accurate (Runtastic, MapMyRun, etc.) This watch is always off by .5 to more than a mile. I run on average 20-25 miles per week.

• Yes, but not totally accurate as far as the distance. No GPS, goes by steps

• It does show distance ran and the time ran. It also keeps track of it on the mobile app so you can look at the history.

• You can choose running in the exercise part.. It has where you can set goals, coaching and a run start time. Will display how long and how far. Plus heart rate.
