This happened to me once or twice over the past 1.5 years. As I recall I wound up holding down the power on key a very long time until it buzzed and came back to life. My guess was that it was a software bug.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am assuming that you have pressed the button on the side? The watch doesn't stay on all the time. There is a setting that will make it turn on with a wake up gesture.
