When it is connected by Blue tooth to your phone it will vibrate when your phone alarm goes off. You also have the option of snoozing the alarm or turning it off from the touch screen.

Yes, it vibrates but does not make sound, you also have a snooze and dismiss option.

Yes you can set an alarm under the clock settings on the watch.

Yes you say to it Ok Google set alarm for what ever time and it waill set the alarm on the zenwatch 2 not your phone. You get a vibration when it goes off.
