• Yes. When you swipe the screen (like your phone) there is an app for both timer and stopwatch.

• The 'sleep app' on the phone ultimately times your 'so-called' sleep; HOWEVER, you must turn it on/off manually, - read my previous review.

• Yes, you can set a timer/stop watch and alarm. It also automatically times your exercise when you hit start and stop.
