• You're kinda in between, so I would get the large just to be on the safe side. If it is too big then exchange it for the small. Better safe than sorry.

• According to Samsung's website, the small fits wrists 125 - 170 mm, which converts to 4.92-6.69 inches. It says the large fits wrists 155 - 210 mm, which is 6.10-8.27 inches.

• My size is similar to yours and I ordered the large. There are many holes to adjust the size so you should be good.
